Internet Explorer is currently not recommended for using Accela Citizen Access.
Submit several types of simple permits through Accela Citizen Access, track the status of your applications, make secure online payments, and request a building inspection any time.
Simple building permit reports are updated weekly and are made easily accessible for contractors and subs looking for business.
ePlans is only compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
ePlans allows building and development plans to be submitted electronically, shortens the plan review cycle, reduces printing and travel costs, and supports the City’s sustainability initiatives. The ePlans program allows city staff to perform simultaneous reviews on plans. Only those invited to review and comment on a set of plans will be able to access the plans.
Infohub provides map-based information on parcels, zoning and permits closed prior to 11/17/2014.
